Complete the form below to begin the layer swap process. If you are not returning any layers, you can skip this page.

Upon submitting this form, you will be taken to a screen to order your new layers. 

Once you receive your new layers, schedule a pickup for your original layers using a prepaid shipping label you'll get via email.

Once we receive your returned layer(s) back, we will refund you for your new layers less any applicable shipping fees.

We reserve the right to reject any returned layers that are found to be damaged or unsanitary. Please note that all layers must be returned within 90 days of your original mattress receipt date. For mattresses purchased at other retailers, proof of invoice or receipt date will be required and a shipping fee of $80 will be deducted for each layer.
